Our client is seeking National Accounts PM Coordinators to support their growing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills to join a fast-paced team focused on delivering high-quality service across national accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch proactive work orders, including monthly and annual inspections
• Coordinate technician and client schedules to ensure timely service delivery
• Confirm inspection completion and compile reports for clients and fire marshals
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
• Strong coordination and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
